Welcome to the Diu Win Referral Program! By participating in our referral program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging in the program.
1. Overview of the Referral Program
The Diu Win Referral Program allows registered users (“Referrers”) to invite friends and acquaintances (“Referees”) to join our platform. Both Referrers and Referees may be eligible for rewards upon successful completion of the referral process, as outlined below.
2. Eligibility
- Referrers: Must have an active, verified account on Diu Win.
- Referees: Must be new users who have not previously registered on Diu Win.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding online gambling in their jurisdiction.
3. How It Works
- Referral Link/Code: Referrers will receive a unique referral link or code, which can be shared with potential Referees.
- Sign-Up by Referee: The Referee must use the referral link or code during registration.
- Qualifying Actions by Referee:
- Make a minimum deposit of ₹500.
- Place a bet of at least ₹500 on any casino or betting game within 7 days of registration.
- Reward Activation: Once the Referee completes the qualifying actions, both the Referrer and Referee will receive their respective rewards.
4. Rewards
- Referrer Reward: ₹1,000 bonus credits added to your Diu Win account.
- Referee Reward: ₹500 bonus credits upon completing the qualifying actions.
- Rewards are issued as non-withdrawable credits and must be wagered at least 5 times before withdrawal eligibility.
5. Reward Limits
- Each Referrer can invite up to 10 friends per month.
- Rewards are capped at ₹10,000 per calendar month per Referrer.
6. Expiration of Rewards
- Referral bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited to your account. Unused bonuses will expire after this period.
7. Restrictions
- Self-referrals (creating multiple accounts) are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the program.
- Referral links or codes cannot be shared on platforms promoting adult content, alcohol, tobacco, or illegal activities.
- Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the referral program will result in suspension or termination of accounts involved.
8. Modifications and Termination
Diu Win reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
9. General Terms
- Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- All decisions made by Diu Win regarding eligibility, rewards, and compliance are final and binding.
- The referral program is subject to Diu Win’s general terms and conditions, privacy policy, and applicable laws.
